This unit has a good structure, but is being sold in only fair condition.  We are offering an as is price, or price as completely retrofitted.  Retrofit would include a new drive, including bearings, seals, tensioner, belts, motor, etc.  Also would include a new lining, paint, control panel and compound system.  Basically, this machine will be a brand new machine with the exception of its foundation.
